Tishy Witch Velvet Laced Bling Dresses

This witch dress is figure flattering, comfortable, and elegant in black stretch velvet decorated with lace flounces and subtle silver dangling bits. Tailored in the body with inserts between each of the seven lengthy panels make a bell flare shaping below the knees and wrist edges of sleeves.

• Stretch lace hangs delicately from the light yet heavy hanging dress base, with extra volume fullness in the lower back and through the puddle trail elongation.
• Bling dangles sparkle throughout with metallic silver threading through fringe like bits of velvet patterned mesh jersey. 

The MEDIUM size is rather generous, close to a tailored large and fits women with body measures of:
bust -  38 to 40 1/2 inches
waist -  30 to 34 inches
hip/butt - 39 to 42 1/2 inches 
Length - 61 inches (from the middle of the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hem) in the front and it is 6 inches longer through the back with the dangling bits extending past that, very lengthy and suitable for a taller height (not a short one).
Sleeves are 25 inches to the wrist with decorative additions hanging beyond. 

SMALL fits women with body measures of:
bust -  34 to 36 1/2 inches
waist -  26 to 30 inches
hip/butt - 36 to 39 inches 
Length - 59 inches (from the middle of the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hem) in the front and it is 5 inches longer through the back (with the dangling bits extending past that), suitable for an average height. Sleeves are 24 inches to the wrist with decorative additions hanging beyond.
