Black Velvet Appliqued Victorian Jacket

In a velveteen fabric and fully lined with regency silky Bemberg this three button front closure coat has gather with inner netting structure at the top sleeves with tapering at the wrist. The lower panels section is gathered for fancy fullness. Appliques also in black decorate and trim the sharp lapel, the sleeves bottom edges, and the joining seam at the waist where fitted becomes luxuriously flared.

Fits women's MEDIUM with body measures of:
bust - 38 to 40 inches
waist - 30 to 32 inches
hip/butt - free with generous gathered panels
Length - 58  inches (from the middle of the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hem) and the sleeves are 24 inches long to the wrist (measured from beneath the puff netting), suitable for an average height with length clearing a couple of inches off the floor.
