Men's Black Layered Cape

Medium weight black suiting type material falls with flowing flare, and side by side set of dimensional smooth round buttons close with loops in the upper body.

Fits men's MEDIUM / LARGE with a chest measure up to 46 inches.
Loose fitting collar is just over 20 inches in circumference.
The length is 54 inches measured from the middle of the shoulder seam line to the bottom edge of the longer layer, (shorter upper layer has a length of 23 inches.
